Meet the Team

Hello spooky friends! I’m Orchid, the artist behind Orchid’s Dark Creations. I’ve been drawing since I was little, using mainly colored pencils, pens, and ink. In October 2022, I started learning oil painting from every free resource available. I always knew I wanted to create horror-themed paintings, and oils helped get my ideas onto the canvas.

Aside from that, Spooks calls all the shots.

    Orchid draws inspiration from the darker elements of life and experiences to create ambient horror paintings. Whether it’s an original concept or a reimagining of a campy slasher, you’ll find the color schemes aren’t always doom and gloom.


  • Traditional Cat & Notary

    Spooks can be found lazily supervising every step that goes into a traditional painting or sketch. From the initial drawing to stamping the signature, she’ll likely add her own signature when Orchid isn’t looking.
